Your initial consultation will give you the opportunity to meet our team, learn more about orthodontics, receive a complete initial exam, and find out which treatment options will best meet your needs. During your initial consultation, we will:

• Review your dental and medical history forms
• Perform an oral exam using a 3D digital scan of the teeth and a digital panoramic radiograph to determine whether treatment is necessary
• Help you create a customized treatment plan
• Discuss all financial information, insurance options, and payment plans

Our team will be glad to answer any questions you may have, and we will provide all the information you need to determine which orthodontic treatment is right for you. After your consultation, if treatment is indicated and if you decide that you’re ready to start your smile journey, we can often save you a trip and get you started the same day. This initial appointment generally takes about an hour, and during this time our team will be available to make sure you are informed about every step and are as comfortable as possible. We will also provide you with instructions on how to take care of your appliances and your teeth at home.

Our staff will discuss the cost of your treatment and each available payment plan option with you, so you can make the best choice for you and your smile. For your convenience, our practice accepts most major credit cards, cash, and checks. If you have insurance that covers any portion of your orthodontic treatment, our office team is always available to help you with insurance claims and paperwork. We also offer payment plans with no interest, and if you pay in full at the start of treatment, we offer a discount on your total treatment cost.
